Dr. Jonathan Mahn
Dr. Jonathan Mahn is a second-generation dentist and practice owner who blends clinical insight with a passion for dental team leadership. He mentors dentists and staff using values-driven, system-based strategies that build accountable, high-performing cultures. Focused on elevating both patient care and team satisfaction, Dr. Mahn equips associates with the practical leadership tools often missing in dental training—offering real-world approaches to creating cohesive, mission-aligned practices.

Dr. Yosef Nahmias
Yosi (as he likes to be called), born and raised in Mexico City, graduated from the Universidad Tecnologica de Mexico, School of Dentistry in 1980. He earned his Master's degree in Endodontics from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in 1983. Since then, Yosi has been practicing as an Endodontist in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. He also teaches postgraduate endodontics at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry, has authored numerous articles, and lectures both in Canada and internationally.

Dr. Phil Walton
Dr. Walton is a specialist in Periodontics & Implantology. He completed his Periodontal training at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. He is a fellow of the RCDC and a US Diplomate. He is in private practice performing conventional periodontal therapy including periodontal plastics, advanced regeneration as well as implant rehabilitation. His area of focus lies in immediate implant placement and temporization for single, multiple and full arch reconstruction.

Alan Lachapelle
Mr. Lachapelle graduated with High Honours in Legal Administration from Seneca in 1987. He earned certificates in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Windsor Law and Clinical Risk, Negligence, and Claims Management in Health Care from Osgoode Law. He furthered his credentials through courses with the Insurance Institute of Ontario and private educational facilities.
Mr. Lachapelle joined the RCDSO's Professional Liability Program in 1994 as a Claims Examiner. He progressed to Claims Supervisor, Senior Professional Liability Advisor, and became Department Head in 2017.

Dr. Domenic Belcastro
Dr. Domenic Belcastro completed his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry in 1982 and his DDS degree in 1986 from the University of Toronto. He received his Masters degree Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Implant Surgery at Lille University Medical School, France. He is an alumnus of the Pankey Institute (Key Biscayne Florida) and served on the committee of the RCDSO PLP program. Dr. Belcastro has lectured in Canada, the US and UK. and is a member in good standing with numerous academies and associations. He is also the scientific director of Advanced Occlusion and Esthetics CE program in Toronto, while maintaining a private practice in Toronto, Canada.

Dr. Peter Fritz
Dr. Peter Fritz, a periodontist, educator, and innovator, works at the intersection of clinical excellence, technology, and law. As Chair of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada's Committee on AI and Emerging Digital Technology, he shapes national standards for AI integration in dentistry. With advanced degrees in molecular biology, business, and law, he adopts a multidisciplinary approach to healthcare transformation.
At his renowned multi-specialty "living lab" in Fonthill, Ontario, Dr. Fritz integrates AI-powered diagnostics and automated workflows, emphasizing empathy and patient care. He teaches at McMaster and Brock Universities, preparing future clinicians to lead with innovation and compassion. His work promotes AI adoption that enhances clinical outcomes, upholds ethical standards, and maintains the human connection in care.
